MoonBun helps rabbit families track care, routines, records, and household activity. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us with questions.

Information we collect
- Account information like your name, email address, and login credentials.
- Content you add to MoonBun, including household details, rabbit profiles, care logs, reminders, photos, medical notes, and vet records.
- Technical information needed to run the app, like device tokens for notifications, app version details, and basic diagnostics used to improve reliability.
How we use information
- To create and maintain your account.
- To sync your rabbit care data across the app and shared household members you invite.
- To send reminders, account emails, and other service-related communication.
- To diagnose bugs, improve the product, and protect the service from abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers that help us operate MoonBun, such as infrastructure, storage, email, and notification delivery providers, and only as needed to run the service.
Household sharing
If you invite other people into your household, they may be able to see and edit shared rabbit care data based on the role you give them. Please only invite people you trust to help manage your rabbits.
Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request account deletion in the MoonBun app. When your account is deleted, we remove your account and related data, subject to any limited retention needed for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Your choices
- You can update account details and household information in the app.
- You can manage notifications through MoonBun settings and your device settings.
- You can delete your account in-app from Settings.
Children's privacy
MoonBun is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
